Furthermore, the introduction of the Alberta Agri-Processing Investment Tax Credit in 2023 amplifies the province’s attractiveness for investment. Companies dedicating a minimum of $10 million to establish or enlarge agri-processing facilities are eligible for a 12% tax credit, marking a significant incentive for businesses in this sector.
